• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred)

Experience:

• 20+ years in mineral,cement or heavy industry
• Minimum 5 years experience in senior leadership roles with a proven record of driving business and operational success

Job Profile / Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire operations of the business
• Oversee production, marketing, and other key functions
• Drive business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Report directly to the Managing Director and support strategic planning
