Job Description

Strong technical background with a solid understanding of conversational AI technologies, machine learning, natural language processing, and software development methodologies
Experience in integrating conversational AI solutions with various telephony platforms like Amazon Connect, Avaya, Genesys, Fiv9 and CRM systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, MS Dynamics
Experience in software development and deployment in cloud-native application
Must have done data and AI led digital transformation work in the contact center environment Must be very good with various programming and scripting languages like Java, Node JS, Python, Groovy, etc
Must have done socket programming, data streaming, VOIP, etc Must have built API using SpingBoot frameworks, Next/NEST js, or any other web framework Must have good knowledge on databases (RDS/NoSQL)
Good to have exposure or working knowledge of one or more BPMN frameworks/platforms like Apache Camel, Comunda, Activiti etc Must be hands-on with tools like Git, BitBucket, etc Must have good knowledge of DevOps and with Jenkins deployment pipeline or similar technologies
Good to have an understanding of SDLC eg Agile, Scrum, etc Have good knowledge of data structures, and must be very good at analytical and problem-solving Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), deep learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models
Leadership Skills Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a diverse team of professionals
Excellent client-facing skills, including effective communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Leadership qualities with a proactive and collaborative approach
Excellent project and stakeholder management BE/BTech/MCA/PhD
from tier I/II institute in CS or related field
