Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Manager with proven real estate experience to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, in-depth market knowledge, and the ability to close high-value deals while managing client relationships with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.

Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into successful deals.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives.

Conduct site visits, client presentations, and negotiations.

Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.

Knowledge of Goa’s real estate market will be a strong advantage.

Self-driven, result-oriented, and client-focused.
