Summary: As the AI Solutions Delivery Leader at our company, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering AI solutions to our clients. Your role will involve understanding the business needs of clients, developing AI solutions to meet those needs, and ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. Additionally, you will lead a team of AI engineers and professionals, establish best practices for AI solution delivery, and stay updated on the latest AI technologies and trends. Responsibilities: - Lead a team of AI engineers, tech developers, and other professionals to deliver AI solutions to clients. - Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and develop tailored AI solutions. - Create and manage project plans for AI solution deliveries. - Ensure timely, budget-friendly, and client-satisfactory AI solution deliveries. - Manage risks associated with AI solution deliveries. - Collaborate with internal teams to align AI solution deliveries with company's business goals. - Recruit and retain a high-performing team of AI engineers and professionals. - Develop and implement best practices for AI solution delivery. - Stay updated on the latest AI technologies and trends. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - Total of 12+ years of experience with at least 8+ years in managing AI/Digital solution deliveries. - Hands-on experience with AI technologies like machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing. Strong programming skills to review code and guide team members. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders. - Excellent project management and communication skills. - Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. - Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
