The company is known for our client-focused approach, extensive industry network, and expertise in high-value property transactions.


They work extensively with HNI, NRI, and corporate clients, ensuring transparency, professionalism, and long-term relationships.


Position – “ Vice President (VP) Sales – Noida / Gurgaon“


With ambitious expansion plans, the client is looking for an experienced Vice President (VP) Sales to lead and manage sales operations for their luxury residential and commercial projects in Noida and Gurgaon. The role requires a strong leader with 5–10 years of sales experience in real estate and proven 5–7 years of team-handling experience.


The VP Sales will play a pivotal role in business growth, driving sales strategies, mentoring teams, and maintaining strong client and developer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales operations for luxury real estate projects in Noida/Gurgaon.
  • Manage and mentor sales teams to consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.
  • Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and provide strategic direction.
  • Ensure seamless client servicing and closure of high-value transactions.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and project launches.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales (luxury residential & commercial preferred).
  • 5–7 years of proven team-handling experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the NCR real estate market (Noida / Gurgaon).
  • Strong network with developers, channel partners, and HNIs.
  • Ability to meet and exceed high-value sales targets.

Work Schedule

  • Noida VP Sales – Week off on Tuesday.
  • Gurgaon VP Sales – Week off on Monday.
