Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and executing the overall leasing strategy for the commercial division at Realistic Realtors in Gurgaon. Your main tasks will include monitoring market trends, building and nurturing relationships with key customers, and identifying innovative opportunities for business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the leasing team, focusing on building, nurturing, and growing the leasing business - Maintain Year-on-Year revenue growth - Track business key milestones, identify gaps, and find solutions - Monitor upcoming supply and identify early-stage opportunities by engaging with clients and developers - Participate in large transactions and assist the team in closure - Prepare annual and monthly target vacancy lists and client lists - Ensure sales closures and meet sales targets for the overall team - Build and monitor the team, ensuring policy implementation related to Work, Health & Safety - Review the lead funnel, prioritize leads, and develop creative sales strategies - Approve all communication related to marketing the leasing activities - Conduct due diligence on market deals and share information with the team - Lead a team of research executives, managers, and staff below your level - Interact regularly with clients to build confidence and maintain positive relationships - Oversee transaction documents and steps - Handle client issues and respond promptly - Present monthly reports to the respective heads or team director - Ensure necessary trainings are conducted - Achieve a minimum of 30 HNI/Developer meetings per month - Meet both team and self-targets Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred - 10-15 years of experience in commercial leasing, with a proven track record of success - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Ability to think strategically and develop creative sales strategies - Strong market knowledge and ability to analyze trends effectively - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Familiarity with transaction documents and processes - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities Interested candidates can share their resumes with Realistic Realtors by contacting 93556 77112 or emailing mudrika@mbsap.com.,
