Job Description

As a Chief Engineer or Master Mariner with over 20 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in the global maritime industry. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth and revenue by leveraging your expertise in sales, customer relationships, and customer success. Your prior experience working with Ship Owners or Operators/Technical Managers will be crucial as you build and maintain relationships within the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Expand the fleet of digitally managed vessels and acquire more vessels under the digital platform - Conduct sales activities, including prospecting and developing opportunities in large/medium size accounts - Lead negotiations with customers to establish new Master Service Agreements - Manage customer relationships, negotiate contracts, onboard new vessels, and ensure seamless integration of solutions - Ensure pipeline accuracy based on evidence - Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking - Expand knowledge of the industry and the company's competitive posture - Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient delivery and timely actions across a range of activities leading to project execution Qualifications Required: - Should have worked with a reputed Vessel Operator/Technical Manager in an active sales role - Self-driven and effective as an individual contributor with proven experience in acquiring vessels - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience driving active sales, customer success, client relationships, and revenue opportunities across regions - Demonstrable experience of registering at least a few million dollars in top-line revenue year on year - Excellent CXO level network in maritime space across APAC, European, and UAE regions - Strong communicator, self-motivated, recognized as a self-starter - Bachelor's in marine sciences, engineering, and/or Business Administration from a globally reputed institution - MBA from global management institutions If you are someone who thrives on challenges and wants to contribute to the success of a leading maritime company, we invite you to join our team.
