Your role at Love Home Fabrics India as Sales Division Leader involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies in alignment with the group goals to drive revenue and growth. Your responsibilities will include overseeing sales operations and performance to ensure profitability, leading a team of 2 sales executives, 1 marketing coordinator, and 3 customer service staff, growing existing accounts, generating new business, and promoting fabric collections and new products. Additionally, you will travel extensively (45 days/week) to visit clients with fabric samples and collaborate closely with Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service teams for seamless execution. Providing regular reports on sales, market insights, and customer feedback is also part of your role, along with managing stock levels, order timelines, and stock clearance activities. Qualifications required for this position include a Masters degree in business or equivalent, 7+ years of successful sales and team management experience (ideally in textiles or related industries), a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and strong communication skills with a product and design focus. Fluency in English, proficiency in Tamil and Hindi, as well as skills in Excel and sales software are essential. Being proactive, self-driven, and able to manage a fast-paced, travel-heavy schedule are key attributes for success in this role.
