Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will lead and manage sales operations, oversee account management, and drive business development initiatives. The individual will be responsible for setting sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, cultivating client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Sales Management, and overseeing Sales Operations
• Strong proficiency in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
• Expertise in Business Development and fostering strategic growth opportunities
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and manage teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strategic thinking and the capability to align sales strategies with organizational goals
• Familiarity with the corporate interior design and build industry is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
