Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Business Development based in Mumbai. The Head of Business Development will be responsible for leading the business development activities, developing strategic business plans, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth. The role involves overseeing the business development team, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Account Management in the field of Corporate Interiors
• Expertise in Business Development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership experience and ability to manage a team
• Experience in the Corporate Interior sales is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Target Oriented person who can achieve the dedicated target with / without the team.
