The units of FSNL are situated at Rourkela, Burnpur, Bhilai, Bokaro, Visakhapatnam, Durgapur, Salem, Nagarnar & Hyderabad. The Registered Office of the company is situated at Bhilai. The Company is looking forward for highly qualified and experienced professionals for heading the Business Development Dept. Qualification B.E./ B. Tech / MBA from a recognized University. Experience The candidate should possess 15-20 years of experience in project and Business Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The candidate should have experience in handling company projects and overall business development activities, preferably in a company with a large workforce. The candidate shall be responsible for: – Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities – Strategic Planning & Execution – Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement – Project Execution Oversight – Achieve Strategic Objectives – Market Research, Lead Generation, Negotiation and Contract Management – Cross-Functional Collaboration & Relationship Building The candidate shall also be responsible to drive our strategic initiatives for business growth, revenue generation, managing budget, track performance and Resource Management.
