Role & responsibilities Review and analysis of annual budgets and rolling forecasts across entities within the COSEA region. Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather data, performance reports, validate assumptions and ensure alignment with overall financial goals. Monitoring cross-functional business performance in the region - Analyse and review unit-wise business performance on monthly basis with focus on financial KPIs and value drivers. Deliver monthly and quarterly management reports, highlighting key financial metrics, business trends, and performance indicators. Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget/forecast, provide meaningful insights for presenting to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and financial reporting standards. Review of the business cases to support new investments, strategic and other business decisions. Preferred candidate profile 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting. Manufacturing sector experience is an added advantage. Good understanding of various types of financial reports. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and experience with financial modelling, data analysis. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to successfully lead complex, milestone driven projects, including the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
