This leadership role requires a self-starter capable of independently sourcing franchise partners, finalizing real estate, and managing all pre-opening activities through to launch. Key Responsibilities Identify and sign up new franchise/investor partners across India Source and finalize commercial real estate locations in target markets Manage pre-opening coordination , including fit-out planning and vendor management Oversee activities up to handover to operations Engage external consultants/brokers on a success-fee basis as needed Represent the brand at investor meetings, roadshows, and events Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years’ experience in F&B , hospitality , or franchise business development Strong background in business development , real estate leasing , and franchising Proven track record of closing franchise or investor partnerships Excellent negotiation, communication, and execution skills Willingness to travel extensively Entrepreneurial, independent worker KPIs & Compensation KPIs to be customized; focus on general expansion, especially in metros and Tier 1/2 cities Fixed base salary plus incentives via success fee Growth Opportunity Opportunity to build and lead a Business Development team as the franchise network expands.
