As the Head of Business Development at Rational Equity Partners, your role will involve devising and implementing strategic business plans to enhance customer base and assets under management (AUM). You will be responsible for driving business development initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, and cultivating lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in customer base and AUM - Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business growth objectives - Implement business development strategies and practices to enhance company's market presence - Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Qualifications: - Strong skills in Business Planning and Analytical Skills - Expertise in Business Development strategies and practices - 8-15 years of relevant experience in sales within an asset management company - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred Rational Equity Partners is a boutique investment management firm with a focus on identifying high-growth companies and investing in them at reasonable valuations.
