Role Overview

VP – Product Engineering

The role owns product engineering execution, platform architecture, and engineering leadership, and includes direct customer engagement with U.S.-based enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a

  20+ person product engineering team

  across frontend, backend, platform, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Own architecture and delivery of

  enterprise-grade SaaS products

  with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, performance, and UX.
• Oversee UI/UX engineering, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Drive complex

  system integrations

  (Salesforce, Slate, Marketing Cloud, SIS).
• Partner closely with product, AI, and go-to-market leaders on roadmap and execution.
• Act as a

  customer-facing technology leader

  , supporting enterprise implementations and strategic conversations.
• Establish best practices across engineering delivery, DevOps, quality, and operational excellence.
• Mentor senior engineers and engineering managers; build a high-accountability, ownership-driven culture.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years

  of experience building and scaling SaaS or enterprise software products.
• Proven leadership of

  engineering teams of 20+

  .
• Strong technical depth across:

- Frontend systems and modern UI/UX

- Backend architecture and API platforms

- Cloud infrastructure and DevOps

- Systems integration and data workflows

• Experience delivering products with

  AI-powered capabilities

  .
• Strong executive presence and communication skills; comfortable in customer-facing roles.
• Prior experience in startup or scale-up environments.
• Willing and able to travel internationally (U.S. visa or travel history strongly preferred).
