- HR Advisory & Strategic Leadership
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on workforce planning, organizational health, and talent strategies.
- Lead the design and execution of HR programs aligned with business goals, including performance management, compensation frameworks, succession planning, and workforce capability development.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, forecast HR needs, and guide leadership in making informed decisions.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex employee matters, ensuring fair, timely, and compliant resolution.
- Champion employee voice across all levels, ensuring a transparent, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Build mechanisms for continuous feedback, including surveys, focus groups, and town halls, and translate insights into actionable engagement plans.
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to enhance employee well-being, L&D opportunities, and career pathways.
- Lead organizational change efforts including restructures, culture transformations, digital HR initiatives, and process optimizations.
- Develop and implement change management frameworks to ensure smooth adoption of new policies, technologies, and ways of working.
- Facilitate leadership alignment and change readiness across teams, ensuring communication is clear, consistent, and supportive.
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, HR compliance, policy development, and HRIS enhancements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, focusing on simplification, employee experience, and automation where possible.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across labour laws, audits, documentation practices, and risk mitigation.
- Lead end-to-end talent lifecycle including hiring strategy, capability development, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.
- Strengthen the organization's leadership pipeline by identifying high-potential talent and designing targeted development plans.
- Collaborate with business leaders to build a culture of accountability, coaching, inclusion, and continuous learning.
- 7-11 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3-4 years in a senior advisory or business partnering role.
- Strong expertise in employee advocacy, change management, and HR advisory.
- Proven ability to influence leadership, manage sensitive issues, and drive cultural and organizational transformation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
