                                As the VP - HR at Tube Investments of India Limited, your role will be crucial in shaping the strategic direction of the conglomerate and ensuring a seamless integration of traditional engineering/manufacturing practices with new-age businesses like EV and healthcare. Your key responsibilities will include:  - **Strategic HR Leadership:**   - Establish and execute a group-wide HR vision aligned with the business strategy and growth ambitions.   - Build a future-ready workforce to support diversification into EV, pharma, healthcare, and next-gen manufacturing.  - **Talent Acquisition & Leadership Pipeline:**   - Develop a robust talent pipeline for CXO and BU leadership roles.   - Implement best-in-class talent acquisition and retention practices, focusing on engineering, R&D, pharma sciences, and EV technology.  - **Organization Design & Culture Building:**   - Create an agile organizational structure that fosters synergies while respecting BU autonomy.   - Drive a common culture of ethics, innovation, and performance across diverse business verticals.  - **Digital HR Transformation:**   - Lead the digitization of HR systems, including HRMS, AI-driven talent analytics, and workforce planning.   - Enable data-driven decision-making across the group.  - **Employee Engagement & Employer Branding:**   - Ensure high employee engagement scores.   - Position the conglomerate as an Employer of Choice in India and globally.  - **Capability Building & Future Skills:**   - Establish corporate academies/university for leadership and technical upskilling.   - Drive reskilling initiatives in areas like EV technologies, digital manufacturing, healthcare compliance, and global pharma standards.  - **Industrial Relations & Compliance:**   - Maintain harmonious relations across large manufacturing setups.   - Ensure compliance with Indian and global labour laws, including healthcare/pharma regulatory frameworks.  - **Diversity, Inclusion & Sustainability:**   - Drive DEI programs with measurable outcomes.   - Integrate sustainability into HR practices, focusing on green workplaces and social responsibility.  - **Compensation & Performance Management:**   - Design a unified yet flexible rewards and performance framework.   - Benchmark compensation across industries to attract global talent.  - **Crisis Management & Workforce Resilience:**   - Build systems for business continuity during crises.   - Ensure employee wellness, safety, and resilience programs.
