Vice President-Head of HR - About Biz2X Biz2X is a leading Fintech SaaS platform powering digital lending transformation for banks and financial institutions globally. Role Overview The Head – HR will be a strategic business partner responsible for building and leading all aspects of the HR function — from talent strategy and leadership development to organizational design, culture, and digital HR transformation. This is a hands - on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast - paced, high - growth SaaS and Fintech environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic HR Leadership • Develop and implement a forward - looking people strategy aligned with Biz2X’s growth, innovation, and global expansion goals. • Partner with the leadership team on organization design , workforce planning, and change management. • Build HR policies, frameworks, and processes suited to a dynamic SaaS culture. 2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding • Drive hiring for leadership and niche technology roles (AI/ML, Product, Engineering, Data Science). • Build strong employer branding to position Biz2X as a top employer in the fintech and SaaS ecosystem. • Create innovative sourcing and assessment strategies using HR tech and AI tools. 3. People, Culture & Engagement • Shape a high - performance, transparent, and inclusive culture across the organization. • Lead employee engagement, internal communication, and recognition programs. • Coach and develop leaders and managers to build leadership depth and capability. 4. Learning, Development & Performance • Implement scalable L&D programs that strengthen managerial and technical capabilities. • Drive performance management linked to measurable outcomes, ownership, and career growth. • Use data - driven insights to track impact and continuously evolve talent programs. 5. Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations • Oversee compensation and benefits benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness. • Build efficient HR operations, ensuring compliance, automation, and employee satisfaction. • Lead digital transformation of HR processes and analytics for better decision - making. 6. Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and business leaders on people and culture matters. • Collaborate cross - functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to support scaling. • Represent the company externally at HR forums and industry events. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a Head HR / HRBP leadership role within Fintech, SaaS, or Technology organizations. • Proven track record in building HR frameworks for scaling organizations (300 – 1000+ employees). • Strong exposure to tech hiring , organization building , and culture transformation. Skills & Attributes: • Strategic thinker with strong execution agility. • Deep understanding of digital HR, analytics, and people systems. • Strong business acumen, influencing skills, and stakeholder management. • Passion for building high - performing, empowered teams. • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and global environment. Education: • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institution.
