Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Vendor Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with our vendors and suppliers. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement, maintain product quality, and negotiate favorable terms to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and sales teams for timely product availability.
• Resolve vendor-related issues and conflicts efficiently.
• Analyze vendor data and prepare reports on performance, costs, and supply chain efficiency.
• Identify potential new vendors and evaluate their suitability for business requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with ERP/CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
