Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential vendors via LinkedIn, trade directories, and marketplaces.
  • Pitch the company’s value proposition to decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — outreach to onboarding.
  • Conduct vendor discovery and evaluate commercial fit.
  • Coordinate with pricing, logistics, and product teams for onboarding.
  • Meet weekly/monthly vendor acquisition targets.
  • Execute consistent outbound efforts (calls, emails, follow-ups).
  • Maintain vendor documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Track performance using Excel/Google Sheets/CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • 2–6 years in Sales, Business Development, Vendor Management, or Inside Sales.
  • Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong numerical ability (margins, pricing, ROI).
  • Target-driven with strong objection-handling skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce, B2B platforms, or high-pressure sales (BPO/EdTech/SaaS).
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.

Technical Skills

  • End-to-end vendor acquisition and onboarding experience.
  • Understanding of e-commerce seller processes.
  • Strong data management and outreach planning.
  • Knowledge of catalog, pricing, and compliance requirements.
