Job Description:
We are looking for a Vendor Relationship Manager to handle stock selection, vendor follow-ups, and purchase reporting. The role involves coordinating with vendors via WhatsApp, maintaining accurate purchase records, and ensuring smooth stock flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors via WhatsApp for selected stock and repeat items
• Ensure timely delivery of all purchased goods to our location
• Maintain accurate purchase records and updates in Google Sheets
• Prepare vendor-wise stock reports from the dashboard, convert them to PDF, and share with management
• Follow management’s instructions to place orders with vendors through WhatsApp groups
• Follow up on repeat pieces and stock availability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regular vendors

Requirements:

• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets & basic reporting
• Ability to manage multiple vendor communications simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chandni Chowk, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
