Job Summary:

Mikro Grafeio is seeking an experienced and proactive Vendor Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and a comprehensive understanding of the interior fit-out industry, specifically in large-scale commercial and corporate spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, evaluating, and managing vendor partners to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of projects while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding:

  • Identify and qualify new vendors, contractors, and service providers relevant to commercial fit-out works.
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities, conduct site audits, and onboard suitable partners in alignment with company standards.
  • Relationship & Performance Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Regularly assess vendor performance based on quality, cost, delivery timelines, and compliance.
  • Resolve disputes or performance issues swiftly and constructively.
  • Contract & Commercial Management:

  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.
  • Ensure all contractual documentation, compliance, and billing processes are accurately managed and updated.
  • Project Coordination Support:

  • Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and vendors to align work schedules and resource planning.
  • Track vendor mobilization, execution, and handover timelines to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure vendor adherence to health, safety, statutory, and environmental regulations on-site.
  • Maintain detailed records of vendor contracts, approvals, work orders, and payment milestones.
  • Market Research & Benchmarking:

  • Continuously scan the market for emerging vendors, trends, materials, and cost benchmarking to support project and procurement decisions.
Key Requirements:
  • B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in vendor management within the commercial interior fit-out sector.
  • Sound knowledge of construction materials, interior finishes, and execution standards specific to commercial office spaces.
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project timelines, BOQ analysis, rate comparisons, and vendor billing protocols.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects/ vendors in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools.
