Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new clients. Well-versed with UK Recruitment life cycle and Staffing. Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the companys practice leaders/Principals. Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently, handle staffing business & manage the team. Be conversant with the current advancements in technology and its usage from a business perspective. Should be able to handle the entire Business Development IT/ Account Management functions. Build long-term relationships with direct clients and system integrators by meeting their consulting resource needs and contributing to their growth plan approaches and pitches. Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.
