Mega Walk-In Drive For Freshers & Experienced Recruiters - US Staffing

Position : Associate Recruiter

Walk-in Date : Oct 27th - Oct 29, 2025

Walk-in Timing : 4pm to 8pm

Venue: W3 Global India Pvt. Ltd, Plot, No. 11-A17, SIPCOT IT Park, Fifth Cross Rd, Siruseri, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 603103

Role & responsibilities:

Source, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for Non-IT, IT, Healthcare, Engineering, Banking, Finance, Automotive, Aerospace, and Construction based industries.
Conduct in-depth screening and probe the right questions to understand the candidate's profile and assess them by probing to evaluate candidate's skills and qualifications.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for each role.
Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases, social media platforms and professional networks.
Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelors or Masters (any discipline)
Freshers are eligible to apply (UG/ PG) - UG Final Semester students are not eligible to apply.
Prior experience in International Voice Process (US/ UK/ Australia) is a plus!
