Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Technology Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of digital banking solutions for our Indian clients. You will lead a team of developers and architects in building scalable, secure platforms for core banking, mobile banking, and financial inclusion services. This is a senior leadership role requiring both technical depth and strategic thinking. Technical Skill Set: 8+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with 3+ years in a lead Deep understanding of banking workflows: deposits, lending, KYC, financial inclusion Expertise in .NET, along with exposure to web & mobile development frameworks Proficiency in databases: Microsoft SQL.
