Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Technology Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of digital banking solutions for our Indian clients. You will lead a team of developers and architects in building scalable, secure platforms for core banking, mobile banking, and financial inclusion services. This is a senior leadership role requiring both technical depth and strategic thinking. Technical Skill Set: 8+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with 3+ years in a lead Deep understanding of banking workflows: deposits, lending, KYC, financial inclusion Expertise in .NET, along with exposure to web & mobile development frameworks Proficiency in databases: Microsoft SQL. Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka) Hands-on experience with Indian banking infrastructure: NPCI APIs, Aadhaar, eKYC, FI gateways Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Preferred Skills: Experience working with Regional Rural Banks (RRBs), Urban Cooperative Banks, or NBFCs Strong understanding of RBI/NPCI compliance, data protection, and cybersecurity standards Knowledge of ISO 8583, UPI, CBS-DC integration, digital lending platforms Agile/Scrum project management capability Strong communication and leadership skills If this opportunity interests you, please reply to this email with your updated resume and the following details: harikrishna.revuru@synectics.co.in - Total exp in Core Banking / Digital Banking: - Relevant exp on Dot NET,(C#,MVC, APIs), SQL, any Cloud : - Current CTC: - Expected CTC: - Notice Period: - Interview Date & time: Looking forward to your response.
