Job Overview:

US Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for Sales and Marketing positions in the US market.
Partner with hiring managers to
understand role requirements
and develop sourcing strategies.
Utilize
job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches
, and other creative methods to attract top candidates.
Conduct
initial screenings
, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interview processes.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a
smooth recruitment experience
for both candidates and clients.
Work in alignment with
US time zones
and adhere to client SLAs and hiring goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

5-7 years of
US recruitment experience
, with a strong focus on
Sales and Marketing roles
.
Solid understanding of
US hiring practices
, visa classifications, and market trends.
Experience using
ATS platforms and sourcing tools
(LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, etc.).
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills
.
Ability to work independently in a
target-driven environment
.

Good to Have:

Experience hiring for
non-technical corporate roles
beyond Sales & Marketing.
Prior experience in
agency or consulting setups
.
