We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in US IT recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep knowledge of technical hiring, a data-driven approach to sourcing, and the ability to partner with business leaders to deliver top-tier talent in a competitive market.

You will play a key role in driving full-cycle recruitment across technical domains, leveraging your understanding of the US talent landscape, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing strategies.

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

You will play a key role in driving full-cycle recruitment across technical domains, leveraging your understanding of the US talent landscape, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling end-to-end US IT recruitment for diverse technical roles (IT Networking, Software/ IT Engineer, NOC/ Cyber Security etc.).
  • Strategically source, engage, and attract top technical talent through advanced Boolean, X-ray, and AI-driven sourcing techniques across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and CareerPlug.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define hiring requirements, create effective job strategies, and ensure timely execution of recruitment deliverables.
  • Drive a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, transparency, and timely follow- ups.
  • Manage and optimize the ATS pipeline, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all requisitions.
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and proactively map niche IT skillsets in alignment with

business forecasts.

  • Leverage data analytics and market insights to provide talent intelligence reports, benchmark trends, and advice on competitive strategies.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement, ensuring operational excellence within the TA function.

Desired Profile

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment, preferably across multiple technical domains.
  • Expertise in Boolean search strings, sourcing automation tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining quality and speed.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones.
