Job Description

  • As the Recruitment Specialist, you wont just fill positions; youll be a centerpiece in building our team, matching the right talent with the perfect roles.
  • Youll strategize, source and screen candidates to not just meet immediate hiring needs, but to build a long-lasting talent pipeline and recruiting strategy.

Key responsibilities for this position include the following:

Applicant tracking and recruitment process support

  • Create job postings for open positions in Workable.
  • Actively screen all resumes as they are submitted and keep every platform up to date daily.
  • Conduct thorough first round video screens with qualified candidates, taking detailed notes and asking required questions.
  • Take detailed notes and ensure that required information is captured at the screening stage.
  • Schedule all interviews with qualified candidates and the appropriate Inspiroz Team Member (Service Delivery Manager, Senior Director of Service Delivery, President)
  • Drive the hiring process, take the lead in getting updates at each stage, and help move the process forward.

Recruiting strategy and pipeline development

  • Create effective and efficient recruitment strategies that will support year-long hiring and the organizations talent pipeline.
  • Find creative opportunities to develop the talent pipeline in each of our markets (colleges and technical schools, job fairs, etc.)
  • Build strong relationships with Inspiroz Service Delivery Managers (SDM), support their hiring needs and maintain streamlined and efficient hiring process for candidates.
  • Work alongside Inspirozs Leadership Team and SDMs to create detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria, competencies and interview rubrics.
  • Take personal interest in the delivery of quality candidates and meeting client and user needs.

HR and Administrative Work

  • Demonstrate professionalism and clarity in written communication, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all candidate interactions.
  • Collect required pre-boarding paperwork for each hire.
  • Send other administrative Inspiroz documents to new hires (offer letter, employment agreement, handbook, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Education

    : The successful candidate should have a bachelors degree in an HR or business-related field.
  • Experience

    : The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a recruiting role.

The successful candidate will have the following Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge

  • Recruitment Software: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workable to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Understanding of various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media channels, and industry-specific forums.
  • Job Evaluation Techniques: Know-how on various methods of job evaluation, candidate assessment tools and interview techniques.
  • Employee Onboarding: An understanding of pre-boarding and onboarding processes, including the documentation and compliance requirements that come with new hires.
  • Legal Compliance: In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure that all aspects of recruitment are compliant.
  • Industry Trends: An understanding of the Managed Services industry and its requirements to align recruiting strategies effectively.
  • Skills:
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate interaction and to communicate effectively with Inspiroz stakeholders.
  • Document Management: Skill in organizing and managing large volumes of documents, including resumes, cover letters, assessments, and other candidate- related information, possibly in a digital format.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills to ensure that all recruitment milestones are met in a timely fashion.
  • Data Management: Ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate candidate records, including proficiency in database management.
  • Multitasking: Skill in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and updating organizational charts.
  • Analytical Skills: Capability to assess many resumes quickly and accurately, identify patterns in data, and make high-quality decisions.
  • Relationship-Building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster good relationships with candidates.

  • Workflow Management: Ability to create, follow and improve workflows to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at each stage.

  • Working days

    5 days per week (Saturday & Sunday Fixed off) Shift Time - 6.00 pm to 3.30 am
  • Working hours

    - 9.5 hours per day.
