Job Description

Position Background:

Inspiroz is searching for a Dispatcher Executive to join our team.
The Dispatcher Executive will be responsible is to monitor the ticketing portal and assigning the new tickets to appropriate resources.

Job Duties (including but not limited to):

Log all Incident/ Service request details, allocating categorization and prioritization codes
Ensure that the Ticket Assignment SLA targets are achieved daily
Make decisions quickly, often with limited information
Review and analyze the service boards and follow-up with support team
Process handoffs between teams and team members
Escalate major Incidents to appropriate team members
Take ownership of tasks and follow through to ensure complete resolution
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

What Our Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

The successful candidate should have a bachelors degree or equivalent certifications
Minimum 0-1 years of customer service experience as a Dispatcher
Possess great attention to details.
Knowledge of IT based solutions will be an added advantage
Work schedule as 5 days 10 hours shifts a week, mix of days and nights

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent and Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
