US Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Coordinator at Inspiroz, your role involves supporting the recruitment process and contributing to the development of effective recruiting strategies and pipelines. Here is what you will be responsible for: - Creating job postings for open positions in Workable - Actively screening all resumes and maintaining platform updates daily - Conducting thorough first-round video screens with candidates, taking detailed notes and asking necessary questions - Scheduling interviews with qualified candidates and relevant team members - Driving the hiring process forward by providing updates at each stage and facilitating progress In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also play a key role in: - Developing recruitment strategies to support year-long hiring and talent pipeline - Identifying creative opportunities to enhance the talent pipeline - Building relationships with Service Delivery Managers to support hiring needs - Collaborating with leadership to create job descriptions, criteria, and interview rubrics - Ensuring the delivery of quality candidates to meet client needs Furthermore, you will handle HR and administrative tasks such as: - Maintaining professionalism and clarity in written communication - Collecting pre-boarding paperwork from new hires - Sending administrative documents to new hires - Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: A bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a recruiting role This is a full-time position with benefits including food provision, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
