Job Type: Onsite Note: Remote type is not possible. candidate with over 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment, the skill set and responsibilities generally include a mix of technical knowledge, recruitment processes, and interpersonal skills. Skillset: Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT roles and technologies: Familiarity with various IT positions such as software developers, system administrators, network engineers, data scientists, etc. Technical terminology: Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, C#, etc.), software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and other technical tools and platforms. Recruitment Tools and Platforms: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Experience with tools like Taleo, Workday, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn. Sourcing Platforms: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and GitHub. CRM Systems: Experience with candidate relationship management systems. Sourcing and Screening: Boolean Search Techniques: Advanced skills in using Boolean search strings for candidate sourcing. Screening: Ability to effectively screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Interviewing Skills: Competency in conducting both technical and non-technical interviews. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate salaries and other employment terms with candidates. Relationship Building: Strong skills in maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Compliance and Legal Knowledge: Employment Laws: Understanding US labor laws and regulations, including EEO, and ADA. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analytics: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use data to drive recruitment strategies.
