US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment

  : Source, screen, interview, and place qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.

• Sourcing candidates

   through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal database, and networking.

• Understanding client requirements

   and creating job descriptions accordingly.

• Negotiating rates and terms

   with candidates and ensuring compliance with client policies.

• Building and maintaining relationships

   with candidates and clients for long-term engagement.

• Working on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements

   and understanding US tax terms and work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.).

• Meeting daily/weekly targets

   for submissions and placements.

• Keeping up-to-date

   with market trends and technologies in IT recruitment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7

  years of experience

   in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of

  US staffing process

  , tax terms, and visa classifications.
• Proficiency in

  job portals

   like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent

  communication and negotiation skills

  .
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with

  Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  .

Preferred:

• Experience working with

  Direct Clients/VMS

  .
• Knowledge of

  latest IT technologies

   and trends.
