1.Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions for US-based clients.
2.Source candidates using Job Portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, social networks, referrals, and internal databases. 3.Review and analyze candidates technical skills, experience, and communication abilities.
4.Work on corp -to- corp (C2C) and W2 hiring models. Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
5.Negotiate rates & salaries with candidates and vendors.
6. Build and maintain a strong professional network of consultants and vendors.
7. Track daily activity through Excel/ ATS and provide regular hiring status updates.
8. Ensure positive candidate experience and timely onboarding.
