Internship Role: Bench Sales Recruiter

We are looking for highly motivated and career-driven individuals who want to start their journey in the IT staffing industry as Bench Sales Recruiters. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in U.S. IT recruitment, marketing, and talent management.

📝 **Responsibilities:

* Market consultants on various job boards (Dice, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)

* Develop relationships with tier-1 vendors and direct clients in the U.S.

* Submit consultants to suitable requirements, follow up, and schedule interviews.

* Maintain daily reports and activity trackers.

* Communicate effectively via phone, email, and instant messaging platforms.

* Coordinate with the internal team to onboard consultants.

* Learn industry tools and trends to build sourcing and recruiting strategies.

✅ Requirements:

* Recent graduate or final-year student (any discipline)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a must)

* Willing to work U.S. night shift (EST/CST/PST time zones)

* Basic knowledge of IT technologies is a plus

* Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

* Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Office, and online research
