About the RoleWe are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic US IT Recruiters (Freshers or with up to 1 year of experience) to join our fast-growing recruitment team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various client requirements across the United States. This position provides an excellent opportunity to build a strong career in IT recruitment with comprehensive training, lucrative incentives, and career advancement opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand IT job requirements received from Account Managers or clients.Source candidates from job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and referrals.Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate technical skills and experience.Negotiate pay rates (W2/1099/C2C) with consultants.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.Build strong professional relationships with IT candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.Maintain and update candidate database regularly.Desired Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication skills (verbal and written).Basic understanding of IT skills and technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, etc.) – training will be provided.Knowledge of US work authorizations (W2, C2C, 1099, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.) is a plus.Ability to multitask and perform in a target-driven environment.Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.Quick learner with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline.Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.Internship or prior training in recruitment will be an added advantage.What We OfferAttractive salary + performance-based incentives.Comprehensive training on US IT recruitment, technologies, and staffing tools.Growth opportunities with a fast-track career path.Recognition, rewards, and a collaborative work culture.
