Role Overview: As a Technical Recruiter at SRA Staffing Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to identify, recruit, screen, and present suitable candidates for technology positions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend the needs and roles to be filled, reviewing job descriptions for vacancies. - Identify effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates. - Draft recruitment advertisements and post ads in the most suitable digital and print media. - Assess candidates" qualifications through resume reviews, interviews, and other forms of communication. - Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers and keep them informed about the status of their applications. - Provide guidance to hiring managers on salary negotiations with final candidates.
