Role Overview: As a Technical Recruiter at SRA Staffing Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to identify, recruit, screen, and present suitable candidates for technology positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend the needs and roles to be filled, reviewing job descriptions for vacancies. - Identify effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates. - Draft recruitment advertisements and post ads in the most suitable digital and print media. - Assess candidates" qualifications through resume reviews, interviews, and other forms of communication. - Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers and keep them informed about the status of their applications. - Provide guidance to hiring managers on salary negotiations with final candidates.
