US IT Recruiter

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  end-to-end US IT recruitment

  for contract and full-time positions.
• Source and screen candidates through

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn

  , and internal databases.
• Evaluate candidates for

  technical skills, communication, work experience, and visa status

  .
• Work on hiring models including

  W2, C2C, and 1099

  .
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and vendors.
  
• Negotiate rates and ensure timely closures as per client expectations.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and daily reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with US recruitment standards and company guidelines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mandatory experience

  in US IT staffing (Minimum 6 months).
• Strong understanding of

  US tax terms

  : W2, C2C, 1099.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms like

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter

  .
• Good understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Networking, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
  
• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
