Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview IT professionals for

  US and Canada markets

• Manage the

  full recruitment lifecycle

  for contract and full-time roles
• Utilize job portals such as

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Negotiate pay rates, terms, and availability with candidates
• Previous experience working with direct client and implementation partners
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in

  US IT Recruitment

• Strong understanding of

  US staffing models

  : C2C and W2
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proven experience working with

  Direct and Implementation partner

• Ability and willingness to work

  EST night shifts

• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills
