About the Role:

marketing bench IT consultants

Responsibilities:

Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens) for US contract opportunities
Place bench consultants on suitable client projects
Achieve and maintain a high bench utilization rate
Generate leads and follow up on daily job requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors and clients
Perform cold calling, email marketing, and follow-ups
Use job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn for requirements
Stay updated on US IT market trends, in-demand skills, and competitive landscape

Key Skills & Abilities:

Strong communication and sales skills (verbal & written)
Ability to build and maintain vendor and client networks
Knowledge of US staffing process and bench marketing
Understanding of technical skills to match profiles with job requirements
Experience with job portals and ATS tools
