Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and engage high-caliber IT candidates for W2 positions using advanced sourcing techniques. Expertly mine candidate databases on Dice, Monster, and other platforms to build a continuous pipeline of qualified talent. Develop creative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, social networking, and professional groups to attract passive and active job seekers. Screening Excellence: Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings to assess candidate suitability, technical skills, and interest. Full-Cycle Management: Manage the candidate journey from initial contact through to the final offer, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Market Intelligence: Stay current with US IT market trends and recruiting best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Required Candidate Profile: Must-Have: Proven experience in the US staffing industry. Expert-Level Proficiency: Hands-on experience and demonstrated success using Dice and Monster to source candidates. W2 Focus: Strong track record of sourcing and placing candidates on a W2 and C2C basis. Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with US-based professionals. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a strong zeal to build a successful career in the international staffing industry. Bench Marketing responsibilities: Consultant Profile Management: Create, format, and market compelling resumes for benched consultants, highlighting their key skills and project experience. Vendor & Client Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients to generate requirements. Marketing & Distribution: Proactively market benched consultants by submitting their profiles for suitable roles, distributing hotlists, and posting on relevant job portals. Requirement Screening: Source and meticulously screen job requirements from various channels to ensure a strong match with the consultant's expertise. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between the client/vendor and the consultant, ensuring the consultant is well-prepared. Rate Negotiation: Handle negotiations on rates, terms, and conditions for project placements to ensure profitability. Documentation & Onboarding: Manage all necessary paperwork, including contracts and client onboarding documents, to finalize a placement.
