US IT Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive talent acquisition professional who can master the art of sourcing and closing high-demand technical talent in the competitive US market.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

You will be expected to demonstrate a deep understanding of the complete technical recruiting function and drive results:

  • Strategic Sourcing (The Hunt):

    Source, engage, and manage a robust pipeline of high-quality technical candidates, focusing on hard-to-fill and niche roles in areas like

    Cloud Engineering (AWS/Azure), Cybersecurity, AI/ML Engineering, and Data Science, Data Engineering, Databases, Development, Devops etc.

  • Innovative Research:

    Utilize a proven background in innovative research and advanced Boolean sourcing methods across diverse channels (Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Groups Niche Forums, etc.) to tap into passive talent pools.
  • Candidate Vetting:

    Conduct comprehensive screenings and behavior-based interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and work ethics.
  • Contract Expertise:

    Must have deep, practical experience working on and negotiating all US staffing contract types:

    W2 (Full-Time/Contract), C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and C2H (Contract-to-Hire).

  • Closing & Negotiation:

    Exhibit exceptional closing and negotiation skills to manage offer presentations and secure commitment from top technical talent against competing offers.
  • Documentation Management

    : Mandatory responsibility for obtaining and securing all necessary pre-submission compliance paperwork, including signed Right-to-Represent (RTR) authorization and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) from consultants prior to any job submission.
  • Process Management:

    Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a premium, transparent candidate experience.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay current on US IT market trends, including fluctuating salary benchmarks and the rise of skills-based hiring over traditional degree requirements.

Qualifications & Essential Requirements

  • Education:

    Any Graduate (UG) / Any Postgraduate (PG). Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering (B-Tech / BE), or a related field is preferred.
  • USA Staffing Experience:

    Must have 1-5 years of direct, verifiable experience working on USA staffing requirements.

  • Tool Proficiency:

    Expertise in leveraging job boards and platforms like

    Dice, LinkedIn

    and portals.
  • Technical Acumen:

    Ability to quickly understand and articulate the requirements of complex IT roles (e.g., DevOps, Full Stack Development, Network Architecture).
  • Soft Skills:

    Exceptional communication (written and oral), organizational, and time management skills.
  • Partnership:

    Proven experience in partnering effectively with hiring managers, vendors, and all levels of professionals to achieve mutual success.
