Bench Sales Recruiter

Mandatory Bench Sales Responsibilities (The Core Function)

Your success will be measured by the speed and volume of consultant placements, ensuring minimal bench time.

  1. Bench Marketing & Placement:

    Aggressively market and place technical consultants (USC, GC, and C2C/W2) across diverse US geographies by leveraging job portals, vendor management systems (VMS), email blasts, and networking.
  2. Consultant Engagement:

    Maintain continuous, high-touch communication with unbilled consultants, preparing them for interviews, managing expectations, and ensuring their profiles/rsums are impeccably formatted and technically accurate.
  3. Rate & Contract Negotiation:

    Expertly negotiate competitive C2C and W2 bill rates and pay rates with vendors and consultants to ensure profitable margins and quick closures.
  4. Vendor Management:

    Proactively generate and nurture relationships with new and existing Tier 1/Tier 2 vendors, prime vendors, and implementation partners to secure a constant flow of new requirements.
  5. IT Acumen:

    Possess the rapid ability to understand, articulate, and match profiles across high-demand technical stacks (e.g., Full Stack Java/Python, AWS/Azure Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, Data Engineering).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Verifiable Bench Sales Experience:

    Must have a minimum of 2 years of dedicated, full-time experience in US Bench Sales, with clear, measurable metrics (e.g., average time-to-fill, number of placements per month) that can be verified.
  • Database & Portal Expertise:

    Proven mastery of job boards (Dice, Monster), professional networking sites (LinkedIn), and VMS tools for job submission and status tracking.
  • Communication & Hustle:

    Exceptional, persuasive communication skills and a "hustle" mentality. The ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and communicate complex requirements clearly and instantly is non-negotiable.
  • Compliance Knowledge:

    Solid understanding of US labor market dynamics, the difference between W2 and C2C contracts, and the compliance requirements for H-1B and EAD consultants (I-9 processing, E-Verify, etc.).
  • Work Ethics:

    Requires a disciplined and high-integrity approach. Must be reliable, available during core US business hours, and committed to hitting aggressive monthly placement targets.
  • Education:

    Any Graduate (UG) / Any Postgraduate (PG).
