Key Responsibilities: Market bench candidates (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT) to direct clients and vendors. Identify suitable requirements via job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn). Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners. Submit consultants to suitable jobs and schedule interviews. Negotiate rates and follow up until the final placement.
