Area Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff across the assigned region
Source potential insurance prospects from the bank's existing customer database
Effectively communicate the value, features, and advantages of various insurance products, including life and health plans
Align client requirements with appropriate insurance offerings, ensuring transparent discussion of benefits and risks
Guide and support bank employees in the insurance sales process through training and on-ground assistance

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any field
Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
A background in insurance/BFSI/FMCG is preferred
Local market knowledge is an advantage
