Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and cross-sell products.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of client needs to provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by acquiring new customers and increasing revenue growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Relationship Management in Banking industry.
Strong knowledge of Working Capital, Small Business Banking, Business Banking, Business Loan Group products.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
