Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and cross-sell products.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of client needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by acquiring new customers and increasing revenue growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Relationship Management in Banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Working Capital, Small Business Banking, Business Banking, Business Loan Group products.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
