Role Summary:

This role is a Business Growth-led position for the Merchant Acquiring program, responsible for driving business performance through data analysis, KPI tracking, and actionable insights. In addition, the role will support PMO activities for new Merchant Acquiring initiatives by coordinating with Product, IT, and internal teams to ensure timely execution and Go-Live delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Performance Management

  • Own and drive

    key Merchant Acquiring business metrics

    , including:
  • Merchant onboarding and activation
  • Transaction performance and usage trends
  • Merchant inactivation and churn
  • Rental collections (Soundbox / QR devices)
  • Analyze large datasets to identify performance gaps, trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and publish

    daily / weekly / monthly dashboards, and leadership reports

    .
  • Partner with Business teams to:
  • Drive actions against defined KPIs
  • Track progress and outcomes
  • Ensure achievement of Merchant Acquiring targets
  • Support decision-making through data-backed insights and recommendations.

PMO & Program Support

  • Support PMO activities for new initiatives and enhancements in Merchant Acquiring.
  • Coordinate with

    Product, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and internal stakeholders

    for:
  • Requirement documentation and tracking
  • Development and UAT coordination
  • Go-live readiness and post-launch tracking
  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, and status reports.
  • Ensure

    close-loop follow-ups

    to meet committed delivery timelines.

Marketing Campaign & Activation Support

  • Work closely with Marketing and Business teams on

    Merchant engagement and activation campaigns

    .
  • Track campaign performance against defined KPIs such as:
  • Merchant activation
  • Transaction uplift
  • Rental collection improvements
  • Provide insights to refine campaign strategies and targeting.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key interface between Business, Product, IT, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Present business performance insights and program updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment across teams on priorities and execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on

    data analysis and Business Performance reporting

    experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in

    Excel

    ,

    Powerbi dashboards

    , and

    PowerPoint Presentations

  • Exposure to

    PMO or cross-functional project coordination

  • Understanding of the

    Merchant Acquiring / Payments ecosystem (Good to have)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
