Lead Sales (B2B & B2C & Revenue Management)

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

1 | Sales & Business Development

  • •Drive end-to-end

    sales operations

    for B2B and B2C channels
  • •Achieve occupancy | revenue targets | conversion ratios
  • •Build partnerships with

    corporates | colleges | agents | travel partners

  • •Develop and execute

    sales and revenue strategies

  • •Generate new business via

    direct sales | channel expansion | referrals

2 | Revenue Management

  • •Track overall

    revenue performance

  • •Design and implement

    pricing strategies

    to maximize occupancy
  • •Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue trends
  • •Align pricing decisions with

    Finance | Operations | Business objectives

3 | Team Leadership & Coordination

  • •Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the

    sales team

  • •Set targets and conduct performance reviews
  • •Work with

    Marketing

    to improve lead generation & brand presence
  • •Coordinate seamlessly with

    CRM | Operations | Customer Relations

4 | Client Relationship Management

  • •Build long-term relationships with

    institutional | corporate | B2C

    clients
  • •Ensure high satisfaction and client retention
  • •Represent the brand at

    events | exhibitions | networking forums
