Role

In this role you will ensure day-to-day processing of functional Travel and Expenses (T&E) requests related to one or multiple business(es), handling both complex and escalated tasks. Also, you will ensure appropriate support to internal/external customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. This opportunity is open for 2 hirings.

The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Motion business based in Bangalore, IndiaKey Responsibilities

  • Address ServiceNow tickets, emails, and Teams messages from employees and managers regarding travel and expense (T&E) policies, procedures, and system-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Concur, including posting failures and interface issues with accounting systems, escalating when necessary.
  • Provide training and support to employees and managers on Concur usage and ensure compliance with company T&E policies and standards.
  • Configure, test, and maintain Concur settings to ensure smooth system functionality and support T&E operations.
  • Administer and maintain configurations in tools such as AppZen, ServiceNow, and WalkMe to address critical T&E issues.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to team knowledge and service enhancement.
  • Prepare reports, analyze T&E data, and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on operational topics and support T&E Managers in communicating policies and handling escalated or complex issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or higher degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Travel and Expenses management processes.
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow or similar customer support systems as well as proficiency in Concur.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team in a fast-paced environment.
