Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager (Facade Cleaning) who can lead and manage end-to-end operations, including manpower planning, execution of SOPs, and implementation of methodologies to ensure quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for facade cleaning projects.
• Prepare and execute manpower planning for multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of facade cleaning teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate with clients for site requirements, updates, and quality assurance.
• Train and supervise staff on cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and safety.
• Prepare regular reports on manpower utilization, productivity, and site performance.
• Ensure proper maintenance of cleaning equipment and consumables.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Diploma in Facility Management / Operations / Civil / Mechanical (preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in facade cleaning/building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methodology, equipment, and chemicals.
• Excellent leadership, manpower management, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to prepare and implement method statements and risk assessments.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
